30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
- Shared & Reseller Hosting: Eligible for a full refund if canceled within 30 days of the initial purchase date.
- VPS & Dedicated Servers: Eligible for a prorated or shorter guarantee window (typically 7 to 14 days) due to dedicated resource allocation.
- Renewals: Money-back guarantees generally apply only to new initial purchases, not to automatic or manual renewals unless explicitly stated.
Non-Refundable Items & Fees
- Domain Names: Domain registrations, transfers, and renewals are final and strictly non-refundable once processed.
- Free Domain Promotions: If a plan included a “free” domain name and the user cancels for a refund, the standard retail cost of the domain is deducted from the refund total, and the client keeps ownership of the domain.
- Add-ons & Setup Fees: SSL certificates, software licenses, dedicated IP addresses, migration fees, and custom setup fees are non-refundable.
- Partial Months & Terms: No prorated refunds are issued for partial months of service after the initial guarantee period has passed.
Cancellation Process
- Notice Period: Subscriptions must be canceled via the client portal or dashboard at least 14 to 30 days before the next billing cycle generates to prevent automatic renewal charges.
- Method: Cancellations must be submitted electronically through the official Client Portal Dashboard. Email or telephone requests are not accepted for security and verification reasons.
- Data Retention: Accounts and hosted data are permanently deleted 7 to 14 days after the official termination/expiration date. Clients are responsible for backing up their files beforehand.
Exceptions & Account Terminations
- Terms of Service (TOS) Violations: Accounts suspended or terminated due to abuse, spam, malware, illegal content, or other TOS breaches forfeit all refund eligibility
